Delivery

Each RAYA order is packed fresh and dispatched within 24โ€“48 hours from our production unit in Pune.

Delivery timelines:

  • Metros: 1โ€“3 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3โ€“5 working days
  • Remote locations: up to 7 working days

Once shipped, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS โ€” because we believe peace of mind should travel with your order.

Packaging

We use airtight, food-grade, and recyclable materials designed to protect integrity, aroma, and freshness. Our bars are wrapped individually, granolas sealed right after roasting, and tisanes packed by hand โ€” so what reaches you feels as close to its source as possible.

Every touchpoint is guided by care โ€” clean surfaces, small-batch handling, and zero shortcuts.

Shelf Life & Storage

All RAYA products carry a minimum shelf life of six months from the date of manufacture. To keep them at their best:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
  • Seal tightly after each use.
  • Consume within 45 days of opening for optimal freshness and flavour.

We do not use preservatives or additives โ€” only the natural intelligence of ingredients.

Food Safety

Crafted in an FSSAI-licensed, GMP- and HACCP-compliant facility, each batch is traceable, tested, and verified.

  • No preservatives. No refined sugars. No shortcuts.
  • Ingredients are sourced from ethical, traceable farms and processed at gentle temperatures to retain potency.
  • Every lot passes a triple quality check โ€” sourcing, formulation, and seal integrity โ€” before it leaves our kitchen.

Returns & Replacements

Since our foods are perishable, we can only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery at [insert support email]. Approved replacements or refunds are processed within 3โ€“5 working days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thoughtfully Made, Honestly Served

At RAYA, each product is handcrafted in small batches, using sensitive, perishable ingredients. Our foods are natural, free from preservatives, and made to nourish โ€” not mass-produced. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered, except in cases of genuine error or damage.

General Terms (No Returns, No Exchanges)

  • We do not accept any returns once a product is opened, delivered, or consumed โ€” unless there is verifiable product damage, spoilage, or a packaging error attributable to us.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
    โ—‹ Change of mind
    โ—‹ Incorrect selection made by the customer
    โ—‹ Personal dislike of taste, texture, or appearance
    โ—‹ Delays caused by third-party courier partners after dispatch

Our products are free from synthetic stabilizers, which means natural variation may occur โ€” this is not considered a defect.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect

To process your request fairly and efficiently, the following conditions must be met:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
โ— Email info@rayalabouroflove.com with your order number, full name, and a written explanation of the issue.

2. Provide visual proof
โ— A clear, unedited video recording of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened โ€” showing the shipping label, outer box, inner packaging, and the item in question
โ— Photos alone will not be accepted
โ— Claims without complete proof will not be processed

Do not discard the item or packaging until our team has reviewed your case.

What qualifies for a refund or replacement

  • Product damaged in transit (verified through video)
  • Product spoiled or compromised on arrival
  • Incorrect item or quantity received
  • Product was expired or tampered with on delivery


What does not qualify

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Complaint raised after product has been consumed
  • Natural separation, colour variation, or settling in oils/sweeteners
  • Courier delay post dispatch
  • Issue reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims lacking both photo and video proof
  • Empty packaging or item already discarded


Refund Method & Timelines

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days via your original payment method.
  • Replacements (if offered) will ship within 3โ€“5 working days of approval.
  • RAYA reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially credit claims based on internal review.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once in production or dispatch.
  • Pre-orders and custom bundles cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


RAYAโ€™s Rights

  • RAYA may decline refund/replacement claims that donโ€™t meet these guidelines
  • This policy may be updated without prior notice
  • Repeated or false claims may result in account suspension
